Opening of the Takoon factory in Portugal 🇵🇹
Today, following long months of work and challenges, the entire Takoon team is proud to announce the opening of our own board factory.
Wishing to offer extraordinary boards, it became essential to produce in Europe and to control our production.
Thanks to our experience and the collaboration with Bruno Meignen (Ordgy Water Toys), shaper and designer of our wing ranges, it didn't take long for us to decide to create our factory.
If the best quality is for us our primary objective, taking up the challenge of eco-responsibility has quickly become a necessity. By working with renowned European suppliers, we have the most efficient composite materials to offer the best shape / quality / price ratio on the market.
It is in Portugal, one of the meccas of world surfing, that we have established our manufacturing plant. We benefit from proximity to mythical spots such as Guincho, Supertubos or Nazaré. A unique opportunity to put all of our innovations to the test.
